Our model home is now open for tours in the Lake Park community of new homes in Rowlett TX. We invite you to come and see the model and get a taste of the lakeside lifestyle that this community has to offer.
The floor plan for the model is our Lakeside home design. Lakeside is a two story home that has three versions ranging from 2,460-2,727 square feet. Depending on which layout you choose, the home can have 4-5 bedrooms and 3-4 baths. Version I has a second-floor lanai over the garage. Version II has a media room in that space and Version III has a 5th bedroom and full bath.
All versions have a two story family room with clerestory windows. The main bedroom suite is on the first floor. The main bath has separate vanities and separate tub and shower. The laundry room is in easy reach just off the kitchen. Bedroom 2 is also on the first floor next to a full bath. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are on the second floor with a shared bath. A loft-style game room is also on the second floor.
Four exterior elevations are available in either painted brick or siding. All feature a covered front entry and large windows.
