New construction home warranties protect you from paying high repair bills on covered items. They’re provided by home builders through third party companies like StrucSure. Warranties give you peace of mind when you purchase a new home.
StrucSure Home Warranty offers industry-standard 1-2-10 warranties. These warranties include one-year coverage of workmanship and materials; two years for wiring, piping, and ductwork; and 10 years for structural defects.
The Landon Homes warranty process includes four in-home visits during your first year as a new homeowner. A representative will visit your home approximately one, three, six, and eleven months after closing. If any warranty items need to be addressed, they will be handled in accordance with the StrucSure Warranty.
Homeowners should be aware that warranties cover the initial installation, workmanship and materials specified in the warranty documents. Once you purchase the home, you are responsible for its proper care and maintenance. To help you with this, we provide a homeowners’ manual that includes a home care section. This section tells you in detail how to maintain your home, from the floor to the ceiling fan!
