New Development Coming to Frisco
As one of the largest home builders in Frisco TX, we have the opportunity to create new communities from the ground up. One of our latest projects will bring an exciting multi-use development to a portion of the Brinkmann Ranch property in Frisco.
The 5,500 acre ranch was made famous when the palatial house was used as a filming location during the first season of the television drama “Dallas.” The new development will encompass 637 acres at the corner of Coit Road and Eldorado Parkway. The centerpiece will be a gated community of approximately 2,500 houses on 469 acres. In addition, the development will have an amenity center, 16 acres of parks and 31 acres for school campuses. There will also be a grocery store, shops, restaurants and apartments on the site. Green space will be set aside for Frisco hike and bike trails.
The new development is across Coit road from our largest Frisco community, Lexington Frisco, and will augment that community. Lexington Frisco is a uniquely designed community with homes ranging from the $580s to $1M+. Construction of the new phases is expected to begin in late fall of 2023.
Frisco is one of the fastest-growing cities in Texas and in the entire country. New residents are drawn here by the abundance of high-level job opportunities and quality of life, among other reasons. The city was named the #1 place to live in the U.S. by Money magazine in 2018.
Frisco is north of Dallas and is part of the DFW metroplex. It offers convenient travel to both major cities as well as easy access to recreational opportunities. Lewisville Lake is just outside the city limits. A new theme park, Universal Kids Frisco, is under construction and will offer immersive experiences and a hotel.
Professional sports are a major attraction in the area. Frisco has the Dallas Cowboys headquarters, Dallas Stars hockey headquarters, FC Dallas Major League Soccer, PGA headquarters and golf courses. The school district is also highly rated, and most new home communities have on-site schools built or planned.
