The JL Signature Series offers a variety of luxury floor plans that give home buyers the flexibility to have the home of their dreams. Second floor options are available as well, with some designs offering a dual staircase. All the homes feature a 3-car garage and homesites starting at 84’ x 130’.

Each of the homes in the JL Signature Series includes the energy efficiency features that the McKinney home builder is known for, such as 2” x 6” exterior insulated walls, Tech-Shield radiant heat barrier for roof decking, UV ray blocking glass, and green fiber cocoon insulation (3 times more dense than fiberglass).
