Marketing Coordinator

Provide marketing support and help drive new home sales by managing brand awareness, advertising material, maintaining company website and social media.

Requirements:

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Solid understanding and demonstrated experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and composition with the ability to create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and other design assets.
  • Ability to take constructive feedback and incorporate it into design revisions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Create compelling content for digital and print marketing campaigns to engage prospective buyers.
  • Assist in maintaining the team’s website and third-party sites, ensuring all listings are up-to-date and accurately presented.
  • Be aware of Graphic & Advertising Trends as they relate to digital design.
  • Assist with Floor Plans updates. Change all art to reflect any architectural changes and provide to sales team/ update website to reflect these changes.
  • Follow established proofing procedures on all jobs and content.
  • Support Sales through marketing materials: closing gifts, promotional items, homeowner manuals, uniforms, business cards, print flyers, digital flyers etc.
  • Model Homes/ Sales offices: Assist with sales office art displays. Set ups and take downs.

Budget Coordinator

To be successful in this position, the candidate must be a team player, possess excellent organizational & computer skills, have a strong attention to detail and work confidently with numbers.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • High focus and accuracy with numbers
  • Team player & ability to work independently
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Excel
  • Brix database, construction knowledge, and ability to read blueprints is a plus but not required

Responsibilities include:

  • Generating New Home Budgets
  • Adjustments to Budgets throughout construction
  • Communicate with and assist other departments as needed

Warranty Manager; On-going

We are looking for an experienced New Home Warranty Manager!
**Residential warranty experience or related experience required.

Requirements:

  • Experience in homebuilding industry required, such as warranty or construction
  • Excellent communication skills including effective email communication
  • Team orientated with ability to work independently
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Reliable transportation

Responsibilities include:

  • Meet with homeowner to determine warranty coverage at scheduled appointments
  • Ability to communicate warranty coverage with homeowners
  • Meet with vendors at homeowners home to resolve warranty concerns that arise
  • Control warranty costs
  • Be willing to teach homeowners small home maintenance skills
  • Able to perform quality walks on houses before closing
  • Meet with buyer at final signoff/ orientation to educate functions of home
  • Knowledge working in Hyphen/BuildPro a plus

Oversee construction projects from beginning to completion. Select, hire, and coordinate subcontractors and laborers while monitoring compliance with building and safety regulations. Review and report the work progress on daily basis.
