Frisco ISD Rated A+ in 2024 Niche Rankings

School district quality is an important factor for most families when shopping for Frisco TX homes. Our Lexington Frisco community is served by some of the best schools in the state.

According to Niche.com, Frisco ISD ranks at #15 among 1,052 school districts rated in Texas. It received an overall grade of A+ in the site’s evaluations. The city of Frisco itself also received an A+ for being a good place for families.

In category ratings, Frisco ISD earned A+ grades for Academics and College Prep. It was rated A for Sports, Teachers and Clubs & Activities. Gifted, AP and International Baccalaureate programs are offered by the district.

The Texas Education Agency awarded Frisco ISD an A rating in 2022. It was the largest North Texas district to receive the top rating. The ratings were determined by factors such as graduation rates, standardized test performance and college readiness.

Parents who live in Lexington Frisco can feel confident that their children have access to high quality schools. Gunstream Elementary is ranked at #277 among Texas public elementary schools by Niche.com. It has a student-teacher ratio of 15 to 1 and is less than 10 minutes from the community. Wester Middle School is #23 among middle schools in Texas. It’s only 5 minutes from Lexington Frisco. Memorial High School is ranked #280 among the state’s high schools and is less than 15 minutes from the community.
