Frisco ISD Homebuilder Building in Good School District
Frisco ISD Homebuilder Understands the importance of a Good School District
Unlike Many District around the Country, Frisco ISD is Growing 12-30 percent annually.
In many school districts around the country, teachers have been laid off, school budgets are being cut and enrollment is down. That’s not the case in the Frisco ISD which is located 30 miles north of Dallas and serves residents of Collin and Denton Counties and residents of Frisco, and some portions of Plano, Little Elm, and McKinney.
Frisco ISD is at the top of the fastest growing school districts in the country and has a 10% increase in enrollment this year. As the district grows and continues to add schools, the district’s commitment to academic excellence and its focus on providing the best learning opportunities also grows. Test scores continue to improve and are well above the state and national averages. More than 75 percent of Frisco ISD’s seniors take one or more of the college entrance exams, and approximately 90 percent of their graduating seniors plan to continue their education following high school.
The school district is growing because many people are choosing to plant roots in the Frisco area. The Frisco ISD is located in a suburb of Dallas-Fort Worth that still has room to grow. A well-respected Frisco ISD Homebuilder, John Landon, owner of Landon Homes, recognizes the importance of building new homes in areas that have a well-regarded and highly rated school district. According to Landon, “As a company we will always make sure we are in the right location, with the right product at the right price and in the right school district. Homes in good school districts like Frisco ISD appraise well. Home buyers with and without kids realize that a good school district will help keep and increase their home values.”
Although they will be expanding to other cities in the DFW area, currently Landon Homes builds exclusively in the Frisco ISD because there are so many opportunities and the demand is there. This area is a rapidly growing suburb of Dallas and one of the fastest growing areas in the United States.
