Five spacious home designs are available to build in the Dominion at Brookhollow community of new homes in Prosper TX. These two-story designs range from 2,314-2,747 square feet. They have 3-5 bedrooms and 3-4 baths, with some plans including a powder room on the first floor. All five designs have a rear-facing 2-car garage and covered back patio. Dominion homes are on 40’ lots.

Plan D377 is a 2,453 square foot brick home with 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths and a half bath. The main living areas are bathed in light from a row of large windows. A kitchen peninsula with seating provides casual eating space next to the adjacent dining area. Other kitchen features include a large reach-in pantry, abundant cabinet space and a back door to the patio.

Like the other home designs for Dominion, D377 has a first floor main bedroom suite. The vaulted ceiling in the bedroom adds a touch of drama, while the tiled shower gives the main bath a luxurious feel. A study and laundry room round out the first floor.

The second floor of D377 is sure to become a popular family hangout with three bedrooms, a game room and media room. One bedroom has a private en suite with shower. The other two bedrooms share a hall bath with tub and two sinks. All bedrooms have walk-in closets.
