Easter Fun in Frisco
Easter is almost here! Special community activities are planned for children living in Frisco TX homes. Unlike traditional egg hunts where throngs of children race around grabbing eggs, these fun events are more low-key, so the whole family can enjoy them.
Aqua Egg Hunt
Indoor Aquatic Center at Frisco Athletic Center
April 12 from 9-11:40 a.m.
In this unique activity, kids get in the pool to gather eggs floating on the water. The Easter Bunny will be on hand for photos. Children will also receive a goody bag and a day pass to the Athletic Center. The Center will provide mesh bags for gathering eggs, but each child should bring a basket to take their treasures home.
A great benefit of this event is that the hunt is divided into 20-minute time slots by age group, so little ones don’t have to compete with the big kids to get eggs. Tickets are $17 for residents and $23 for non-residents.
Easter Eggstravaganza at PGA Frisco
Sat. April 19 from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
PGA District
Children can take their time collecting eggs in the PGA Frisco Easter Egg Scavenger Hunt. Eggs will be available to find throughout the day in various locations around the District. As kids gather eggs, they fill out a card to redeem for an Eggmazing egg decorating machine as seen on Shark Tank.
The event also includes carnival games, photos with the Easter Bunny, a petting zoo and more fun activities. Food and beverage vendors will be on hand and PGA District restaurants will be open. Tickets are available online for $25 per child and $5 per adult. The Easter Eggstravaganza benefits Make-A-Wish North Texas.
