New H-E-B Store Opens Near Lexington Frisco

A new H-E-B grocery store is open just down the road from Lexington Frisco homes. The McKinney H-E-B at 8700 Eldorado Parkway is just over 3 miles from the community.

The store covers 118,000 square feet and offers much more than the average supermarket. Shoppers can purchase freshly made tortillas, watch in-store cooking demonstrations or dine at an authentic Texas BBQ restaurant. Other offerings include seasonal home décor and a wide selection of beer and wine.

The McKinney H-E-B will also have a gas station and car wash, a pharmacy with drive-through, and options for curbside pickup or delivery.

More than 400 people waited in line to enter the store at its grand opening on July 19. Approximately 750 people will be employed there.

Lexington Frisco is less than 10 minutes from the new McKinney H-E-B. This community is filling up fast! Here are the latest updates on the neighborhoods in Lexington Frisco:

• Symmetry 37s are currently sold out. New homes are coming soon. Meanwhile, visit our model at 10607 Tall Timbers, Frisco TX 75035. Symmetry features twin homes with only garage walls adjoining. These homes have rear-facing garages and are on 37’ lots.

• Signature 74s is now pre-selling for the new phase. Phase 8 features north-facing and east-facing lots. Valuable incentives are available to early buyers. Our most luxurious homes in Lexington Frisco are built in this neighborhood. Lots are 74’ x 120’ & 123’. The model is now open at 12365 Deer Trail, Frisco TX 75035.
