Realtors have the chance to earn some extra cash before the end of the year, thanks to the Landon Homes Loyalty Club. This appreciation program rewards realtors with a 4% commission instead of the usual 3% rate on sales of Little Elm TX new homes, and other Landon Homes throughout the north Dallas area.

Any realtor who sold a Landon Home in 2010, 2011 or this year is automatically enrolled in the program. But realtors who have yet to sell a Landon Home can still take part. A realtor will receive the standard 3% commission on their first Landon sale. Any subsequent sale before December 31, 2012 will qualify the realtor for the 4% commission rate.

Realtors are encouraged to register online to begin receiving weekly information about Landon Homes’ inventory of Frisco, McKinney and Little Elm TX new homes. Realtors will also learn how they can qualify their clients for $1000 towards upgrades in the Landon Homes Design Center.
