Frisco Named One of the Happiest Cities in US
A new report suggests that people who buy Frisco TX homes are some of the happiest folks in the country.
SmartAsset Advisors conducted a study of 200 U.S. cities and found that Frisco is the 5th happiest city in the nation. The cities were compared across 13 factors that make up a happy life, including income, low crime rates and access to healthcare. Areas where Frisco excelled include having the highest marriage rate and the lowest rate of residents living below the poverty level. It also has a low rate of violent crime and a good ratio of household income to cost of living.
When you buy or build a new home in our Lexington Frisco community, you can enjoy life in Frisco even more. Lexington Frisco is the area’s largest new home community, spanning 950 acres. Within the gated community, you’ll find distinct neighborhoods offering a range of home sizes and price points. Lot sizes range from 37 to 74 feet and home prices start in the mid-$500s and reach to $1M+. This means that if you want to move up in house, you can stay in the community that you’ve grown to love.
Homes in the community have Energy Star appliances, programmable thermostats and other energy-efficient features. Front yard maintenance is included, so you can spend more time enjoying the great amenities available in the community.
All residents of Lexington Frisco have access to the open green spaces and luxury amenities. Planned amenities include a luxury clubhouse, resort-style pool with play area and separate toddler pool, fitness center, walking paths and parks. The walking paths will connect to the Six-City Hike and Bike Trail that runs through Frisco, Plano, Allen, Richardson, McKinney and Garland. The community will also have future Frisco ISD schools as well as a shopping area.
