Fields West Adds More Exclusive Tenants
Another group of upscale tenants recently signed leases at Fields West. The much-anticipated development is opening in Frisco in late 2027 through 2028. The 55-acre property will be a pedestrian-friendly “urban village” with Class A offices, high-end retail stores, premier restaurants and entertainment venues.
New tenants at Fields West
The 7 new tenants are clothing brands Tecovas, Lululemon and Evereve; bedding retailer Boll & Branch; Warby Parker eyewear; SusieCakes bakery and Flower Child restaurant.
They join Bloomies, Sephora, Mastro’s Steakhouse, Arhaus, Pottery Barn and other popular brands for a total of 44 signed leases. The retail spaces at Fields West are now 75% full.
