The #612 Bentley Collection is one of our newest plans. We’re so excited about this plan that we’ve chosen to feature it in the new model home we opened recently in Canyon Falls.
At 2,759 square feet, this floor plan packs a lot of living into a convenient and spacious one-story home. It is available in several versions. The #612 Bentley I has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths while version II has 5 bedrooms and 3 baths. In version I the 5th bedroom is converted to a study.
