Our 529 Rainer floor plan is a great choice for growing families, multigenerational households and those who like to entertain.

This spacious two-story home is 2,947 square feet with 4 bedrooms, 3-4 baths and a 2-car garage. You can customize the style of this home with exterior options and interior upgrades.

Two versions of the floor plan are available. Both have spacious open-plan living areas. At the heart of the home is a two-story family room that has a wall of windows looking onto the covered back patio and the fenced back yard beyond. The kitchen has a walk-in corner pantry and window-filled dining area with sliding glass doors to the patio.

The main bedroom is at the back of the house on the first floor. It features a well-appointed en suite bath with separate tub and shower, double sink vanity and double walk-in closet. A second bedroom on the first floor has a walk-in closet and adjacent full bath, making it ideal for a guest space or multigenerational living.

The study can be built with or without French doors. Without the doors, the space could also be used as a formal dining room.

The second floor has a loft-style game room, media room, two bedrooms and a full bath. In the Rainer I version, the second-floor bedrooms share a full bath. Rainer II has a bathroom for each bedroom. One is a private en suite bath while the other is a hall bath.
