Emergency Information
In the event of an emergency, please refer to the sticker located inside the cabinet beneath your kitchen sink for key vendor contact numbers. Contacting the vendor directly allows them to assist you promptly or schedule an appointment as needed.
Emergencies include loss of heating or cooling, suspected plumbing leaks, electrical circuit failure (excluding a single non-functioning outlet), roof leaks, or an inoperable lock that prevents securing the home.
Warranty Care
Our structured warranty process includes four in-home visits during your first year at approximately one, three, six, and eleven months after closing. All warranty items are handled in accordance with the StrucSure Warranty provided to you. Full coverage details can be found in your StrucSure Warranty documentation.
