Introducing Brinkmann Ranch
Landon Homes is excited to announce plans for our upcoming Brinkmann Ranch community of Frisco TX homes. Landon Development has purchased the land to create a 637-acre mixed-use project along Coit Road between Main Street and Eldorado Parkway. Proposed plans for the property include single-family homes, luxury apartments and stores. A new grocery store will be built at the corner of Coit Road and Eldorado Parkway. Landon Homes will be among several builders working at the site. A variety of home sizes and types will be available at a range of price points. When complete, the development will have approximately 4,700 housing units including homes and apartments.
In keeping with Landon’s dedication to providing green space in its communities, Brinkmann Ranch will contain a segment of the Frisco Hike/Bike Trail as well as about 16 acres of city parks. An additional 31 acres will be set aside for new Frisco ISD schools.
Construction of the infrastructure for the first single-family home sites is expected to begin later this year.
Demand for new homes is strong in the Frisco area. In fact, Frisco is one of the fastest-growing cities in the US. The city is just 20 minutes from downtown Dallas and the DFW Airport. It offers a high standard of living while remaining more affordable than the larger city centers.

A brand new PGA headquarters and two new golf courses are under construction next to Landon’s Hollyhock community.
