Floor Plan Profile: D418 at Dominion at Brookhollow

Landon Homes is excited to be starting a new community of homes in Prosper TX. Dominion at Brookhollow will have easy access to Highway 380 and is only a few minutes from the Dallas North Tollway. Prosper is 15 minutes north of Frisco and about 45 minutes from downtown Dallas. 

The community is close enough to Frisco to enjoy its many attractions, such as PGA Frisco, Frontier Park, The Star and Toyota Stadium. Home designs in Dominion are based on our popular Duets series. These two story brick and stucco homes have rear-facing garages and are 2,391-2,753 square feet. They have 4-5 bedrooms and 3.5-4 baths. All plans have the main bedroom suite on the first floor. Each plan also has at least one flex space. 

Plan D418 is a 2,535 square foot home with 5 bedrooms and 4 baths. It features open concept living areas anchored by a corner kitchen. Highlights in the kitchen include a spacious pantry, 36” cooktop and an island with sink and dishwasher. The adjacent dining area has sliding glass doors to the covered back patio. 

In addition to the main bedroom suite on the first floor, this home design has a second bedroom with a full hall bath. The laundry room is also on the first floor. 

The second floor spaces are arranged around a loft-style game room that overlooks the family room below. Two bedrooms and full hall bath are located to one side of the game room. Another bedroom with en suite bath is next to the opposite side of the game room. 

Elevation C of plan D418 has a modern farmhouse vibe with a stucco and brick exterior, a wide front porch with wood clad columns, a metal porch roof and metal roof accents over the large front windows. 

Like all Landon homes, the designs at Dominion at Brookhollow have energy-efficient features. These include a high-efficiency gas furnace, Energy Star appliances, programmable thermostat, low-E tinted windows and 16 SEER HVAC Systems.
