Cottage detailing options on the front of the home will depend on the elevation chosen. Exterior elements include a covered front entry, substantial square porch columns, shingled or board and batten front gable, slatted shutters on single windows and a transom over the front door.

Inside, the Bluebonnet has an open-plan living and dining area with a partially open kitchen. Large windows with Low-E tinted glass let in plenty of light while blocking harmful UV rays. Stainless steel ENERGY STAR appliances and a pantry make the kitchen attractive and efficient. A utility room off the kitchen leads to the rear-facing garage. The back door off the kitchen opens onto a stoop or an optional covered patio.

The main bedroom has an attached bath with the option for a double-sink vanity. The bath and walk-in closet separate the main bedroom from the two secondary bedrooms. All three bedrooms have walk-in closets.
