Floor Plan Profile: 550 Hayden

Landon Homes is excited to announce that our brand new 550 Hayden plan model is set to open soon in the Lexington Frisco community of homes in Frisco TX.

This versatile design is part of Lexington Frisco’s Impression series, which features spacious homes on 55’ lots. The 550 Hayden floor plan is a gracious two story home of about 3,412 square feet. It can be built with 4 or 5 bedrooms and 3 or 4 baths. Both versions have a 2-car garage.

Exterior elevations are available in a variety of architectural styles and materials such as brick, stone or stucco. Elevation C offers a dramatic semicircular entry tower. All versions have a covered back patio that provides a shaded place to relax or entertain.

Inside, the home is filled with light from the oversized windows. A feeling of elegance is created by the curved staircase, stylish designer touches and volume ceilings. Lexington Frisco is a mixed-use development that will have new homes, a business center with shops and a grocery store, schools, recreational amenities and more. On-site amenities will include a clubhouse and resort-style pool, fitness center, parks, and walking trails that will connect to the Six Cities Hike and Bike Trail.
