Easy Pumpkin Brownies
Just two ingredients are all you need to make a delicious, quick dessert!
Simply mix one 15-oz. can of pumpkin puree (NOT pumpkin pie filling) with one box of your favorite brownie mix. Pour into a greased 9” x 9” pan. Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 25-28 minutes. You’ll know it’s done when a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with only a few moist crumbs on it. Let cool before cutting.

Skinny Pumpkin Pie Milkshakes
For a cool no-bake treat, try this recipe from the Gimme Some Oven blog:
Ingredients
1 cup lowfat milk (or almond or soy milk)
1/2 cup plain lowfat Greek yogurt
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 ripe banana, cut into chunks and frozen
1 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract, store-bought or homemade
1/2–1 cup ice cubes
Pulse all ingredients together in a blender until smooth. Add extra ice cubes if desired.
