John R. Landon Homes is excited to offer the Select Series in the Estate 64s at Lexington Frisco. These luxurious homes are available on select lots with special pricing and incentives. Interest rates as low as 3.99% with a 9 month rate lock will be offered on all homes to be built or existing as part of our inventory.

Estate 64s Select Series features elegant homes starting at $1M+. A curated selection of ten home designs is available for these lots. Homes are two stories with brick or stucco elevations. At 3,220-4,610 square feet with 4-6 bedrooms and 3.5-6.5 baths, the Select Series floor plans have room for everything your family needs and wants, including multiple flex spaces.

The Newbridge design is a versatile plan with a wide selection of exterior styles and three available floor plans. Depending on the plan you choose, this home will have 3,640-3,924 square feet with 4-5 bedrooms and 3.5-4.5 baths. It has a 3-car garage.

Newbridge II has 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. The additional bedroom and bath are in place of the media room on the second floor.

Newbridge III is the largest option, adding an additional bedroom and bath to create 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths while retaining the media room.

All versions of this design have a first floor main bedroom suite with two walk-in closets, an additional first floor bedroom with en suite and a formal dining room. A covered back patio and fully fenced back provide outdoor space to play or relax.
